Information collected

Before the visible form can be filled in, we collect the email address you enter to send a confirmation link and check access to that inbox. The form collects company name, contact name, email, company type, proposed cooperation and a message, plus 1–5 products with your product ID (internal stock number), category and sample availability for each. Optional information includes company website, company Alibaba page URL, per-product Alibaba.com page URLs, WeChat ID, models, MOQ, export markets and a list of available EU documents. No document uploads are accepted.

Purpose

We use this information to assess supplier and partnership opportunities and to contact you about suitable products. Submission does not create a purchase commitment or a newsletter subscription.

Your choice

The privacy consent checkbox is unchecked by default. Submit only information you are authorized to share. The legal basis and applicable transfer safeguards remain subject to review; no GDPR or PIPL compliance claim is made.

Storage and security

A verification email is sent through the SMTP service before the visible supplier form can be filled in. The server keeps a temporary email-verification record for up to 30 minutes; it is not a saved enquiry. Confirming the link demonstrates inbox access at that time, not identity or permanent deliverability. Non-email form answers are saved as a draft in this browser's local storage across refreshes, including the consent choice; anyone using this browser may see the draft. The email field and verification state are not saved to local storage, so you must verify your email again after a refresh. You can clear the draft before email verification, but not while a submission is in progress. Clear form or a successful submission will clear the draft and retry metadata; a failed submission retains them. Before sending, we also save a submission UUID and a SHA-256 digest of the normalized submission, including the verified email and page language, without storing a copy of the email or verification secrets. This derived retry metadata is potentially personal: it is not authentication and is not anonymous. If the data is unchanged after a refresh and fresh verification, a deliberate retry reuses the UUID to check the same submission; changed data uses a new UUID. Storage must be available for recovery after refresh. There are no automatic retries; uncertain email outcomes require owner review rather than automatic resending. On submission, the server stores company and contact details separately from product records in the Neon database, linking the submitted products to the enquiry before sending separate company notification and supplier feedback emails. The form reports acceptance only after both configured recipients are accepted; SMTP acceptance does not confirm mailbox delivery. If either mail attempt fails, the database record may still be stored, with separate delivery states for owner review. Form content is not sent to analytics or application logs. Temporary rate-limit records contain a hashed network address and expire after ten minutes.

Access

Only the owner has access to the enquiry mailbox and database records. A restricted server-only website role can write and read linked company, product and enquiry records and update delivery states, but cannot create or delete tables or delete records. Bird is the owner-confirmed email provider for verification-link delivery and both enquiry emails; the owner confirms that Bird stores email-service data in the EU.

Retention and deletion

The owner manually deletes enquiries from the mailbox and linked database records twelve months after the last contact. This schedule is carried out by the owner, not automatically by the website, Neon or Railway. The owner operates database deletion with a privileged connection, deleting enquiry-product links before enquiries and product records, and deleting the company row last. Deleting live records and mailbox messages does not immediately erase provider logs or recovery and archived backups; those copies follow the providers' retention and deletion terms.

International transfers

Railway's web-hosting region and the Neon database region are Singapore. The owner confirms that Bird stores email-service data in the EU. Supplier information is processed outside China, with ScalePath Labs receiving it in Sweden. Selected storage regions are not a promise that every provider support operation, log or backup stays in those regions. Applicable onward-transfer requirements must be assessed for the actual processing; this notice does not certify legal compliance.

You may request access, correction or deletion using the confirmed privacy contact email listed below. The owner handles requests concerning both mailbox and database records.

存储与安全

可见的供应商表单允许填写前，会通过 SMTP 服务发送验证邮件。服务器临时保存邮箱验证记录，最长三十分钟；该记录不是已提交的咨询。点击确认链接仅说明您当时可以访问该邮箱，并不能证明身份或今后一定能够收信。非邮箱表单答案（包括隐私同意选项）会作为草稿保存在此浏览器的本地存储中，刷新后仍可恢复；使用此浏览器的其他人也可能看到草稿。邮箱输入和验证状态不保存到本地存储，刷新后必须重新验证邮箱。您可以在邮箱验证之前清空草稿，但正在提交时不能清空。成功提交或清空表单会清除草稿及重试信息；提交失败时仍保留。发送前还会保存提交 UUID 及经统一处理的提交内容的 SHA-256 摘要，其中包含已验证邮箱及页面语言，但不保存邮箱副本或验证密钥。这些派生的重试信息可能属于个人相关数据：它不是身份验证，并非匿名数据。刷新后内容不变且重新验证邮箱时，主动重试会沿用 UUID 查询同一次提交；内容改变后会使用新的 UUID。刷新恢复须以浏览器存储可用为前提。不会自动重试；邮件结果不明确时须由负责人核查，不会自动重发。提交后，服务器先将公司及联系人资料与产品记录分别存储于 Neon 数据库，并将所提交产品关联到本次咨询，再分别向公司发送通知邮件、向供应商发送反馈邮件。只有两封邮件的指定收件人都被邮件服务接收，表单才提示已接收；SMTP 接收不代表邮件已送达邮箱。如果任一邮件发送失败，数据库中的咨询可能已经保存，并会分别记录邮件状态供负责人核查。表单内容不发送到分析系统或应用日志。临时频率限制记录仅含网络地址的哈希值，并在十分钟后过期。

访问权限

只有网站负责人可以查看咨询邮箱及数据库记录。网站仅通过受限的服务端角色写入、读取关联的公司、产品和咨询记录并更新邮件状态，该角色不能建表或删除记录。网站负责人已确认 Bird 为验证链接和两封咨询邮件的邮件服务商，并确认 Bird 将邮件服务数据存储在欧盟。

保留与删除

网站负责人在最后一次联系满十二个月后，手动从邮箱及数据库中删除相关咨询。该保留安排由负责人执行，不是由网站、Neon 或 Railway 自动执行。负责人使用有权限的数据库连接，先删除咨询与产品的关联记录，再删除咨询和产品记录，最后删除公司记录。删除当前数据库记录及邮箱邮件不会立即清除服务商日志、恢复副本或归档备份；这些副本遵循服务商的保留及删除条款。

跨境处理

Railway 网站托管及 Neon 数据库的地区为新加坡。网站负责人确认 Bird 将邮件服务数据存储在欧盟。供应商资料在中国境外处理，接收方 ScalePath Labs 位于瑞典。选定存储地区并不保证服务商的所有支持操作、日志或备份都位于同一地区。须根据实际处理安排评估适用的后续跨境要求；本说明不证明已符合法律要求。
